Shershaah: Barkha Dutt Spots Her Interview In The First Rushes; Says ‘One Of The Honours Of My Life To Meet Vikram Batra’
On Thursday, actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani dropped a glimpse of the much-awaited film, Shershaah which is bankrolled by Karan Johar. The video showcases the journey of Captain Vikram Batra who was known as the Kargil War hero. Sidharth who plays the titular role is honoured to play Captain Vikram in the film. Well, there’s another one who feels honoured to meet the original Captain Vikram and she is veteran journalist, Barkha Dutt. She recently took to her Twitter handle after she spotted her interview with the original Captain in the first rushes of the film. Dutt said she feels privileged to witness the history.

“Just spotted my interview there - one of the honours of my life to meet Vikram and have his elevation of a cola jingle to a national motto - Yeh Dil Maange More - recorded in my interview with him. Privilege to witness history in the making and record it too,” she tweeted. Meanwhile, the film is based on the true story of the Kargil War hero, Captain Vikram Batra (PVC) The video that was released on social media gives a little peek into the original Vikram’s life and the struggle he went through his life.
